Acquired in October 2019 with Bentall GreenOak, Park place is an existing 180,000 SF office building with 14,000 SF floor plates across 13 floors. Located two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station and the new Central Place plaza, Park Place provides superior visibility with easy access to the R-B corridor, downtown DC, the Pentagon, HQ2 and Reagan National Airport. The new lobby, lounge, conference center and fitness center were complete in Q1 2021.

Located at the King Street Metro in Alexandria, VA, Altus acquired 225 Reinekers with Ascentris in December 2019. The existing 7 story, 132,000 SF building is being upgraded with a new fitness center, common areas, elevators and conference center.

The development of 2255 Wisconsin involved the expansion and repositioning of an existing office and retail building into a 100,000 square foot mixed-use building, including 81 apartment units, 30,000 square feet of retail, and two levels of structured parking. Adjacent to the Naval Observatory, the development of the site required federal oversight and presented significant physical challenges. The existing retail was repositioned with two long-term leases to national tenants, and the project was sold before residential lease-up.
 

800 Wyman Park Drive, Baltimore, MD

The property is an 85,000 square foot office building redeveloped from the old Stieff Silver Company manufacturing facility in 2002. The property was sold in 2018 to the anchor tenant Johns Hopkins University.
